Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after your banking details are confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the standard return process will apply after delivery.
